I was wondering if anyone knows of any interactive websites for blind people, just likethis one, or any other sites containing blind penpals or people who wish to make friends with blind people? I know about eyes2eyes and the RNIB penpal site, but was wondering if there are some other ones as well.

If you are looking for friends try the talking magazine soundaround at www.soundaround.org.

They have got a feature called people spot or something like that and you can introduce yourself and explain what kind of friends you are looking for.

I don't understand. precious buttercup, what on earth would you search for to find a site similar to this one? Are they any other sites like this (primarily for the blind, a chat system like quick notes, etc.)?

I can't understand why boether post if it means giving such a useless answer... I am sure Adrijana has done a search before asking and anyway, that's what we're here for..to help each other. I am sorry, I don't know of any other site like this one but Michelle, I would be interested in the yahoogroups you are talking about.
